What is Simchip?The term "eSIM" simply means an embedded SIM card. eSIM needs to be supported by the network or carrier and enabled by them and not all networks support eSIM as yet. An eSIM is basically a small chip and works in a similar way to the NFC chip that's used for payment tech like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can aircom be used along with any brands of water and gas meters?YES! aircom is compatible with Itron Meters ( plug & play ) or can be used with any water or gas meter brand which has pulse output.

Can I buy Aircom directly and start using it?We recommend to contact with us directly before place your order, some aircom models like NB -IoT need to send first local sim chip to install it to your aircom during production.

Does it work in my country?For GPRS models yes it can work almost in any country, however NB-IoT version need to be supported by your Mobile network provider and for LoRa you should have Gateway.
